It connects Renovators with Homeowners for provision of wide range of services pertaining to home renovation. In other words, they help people find what they need and helping the businesses that provide these services succeed (“Services”).

This includes obtaining the right to grant us the rights to use Your Content in accordance with this Agreement. You are in the best position to judge whether Your Content is in violation of intellectual property or personal rights of any third-party. You accept full responsibility for avoiding infringement of the intellectual property or personal rights of others in connection with Your Content. b.Renovation Hub Entities make no promises with respect to, and expressly disclaim all liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for: (i) information posted by any Renovators on the Website, (ii) the service descriptions listed by Renovators, (iii) service listed on or accessible to You through the Website, (v) the quality or conduct of any Renovator You encounter or any Renovator service You procure in connection with Your use of the Website including their accuracy, completeness, reliability, and results.
c.You agree that under the maximum extent permitted by law, Renovator Hub Entities will not be liable to You under any theory of liability. Without limiting the foregoing, You agree that Renovator Hub entities specifically will not be liable for (i) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, business interruption, reputational harm, or loss of data (even if Renovator Hub Entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable) arising out of and in any way connected with Your use of, or inability to use, services procured on Website.
INDEMNIFICATION
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username(s), password(s), and your account(s), as well as all activities that occur under your account(s). You hereby agree to indemnify, and hold Renovation Hub, its affiliates, our licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives and all its respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including settlement costs and any legal or other fees and expenses for investigating or defending any actions or threatened actions) incurred by the indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach of the policies or representations and warranties by you or arising from your account(s). RENOVATION HUB MEMBERSHIP
OVERVIEW
1.You must be 18 years or older to be a Member. In order to become a Member and use the Services, you are required to create an account on the Website. Any information you provide to us must be accurate, complete and up-to-date and you agree to update such information as needed. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2.You must treat any usernames or passwords associated with your membership as confidential and you agree not to disclose them to any third party.
3.We reserve the right to suspend and terminate membership of any Member displaying behaviour, language and attitude which are contrary to internationally accepted standards when visiting or communicating on our Website.
4.As used in this section, Renovation Hub Membership, the following capitalized terms shall have the meaning as ascribed to them in this section;
i. The term “Member” shall mean both renovators and homeowners, who intend to use Renovation Hub’s Website for providing or procuring Services.
ii.The term “Homeowner” shall mean any individual who uses Website to search for Renovators and/or to receive Services from them.
iii. The term “Renovator” shall mean any third-party supplier advertising or intending to advertise their renovation services on the Website.
HOMEOWNER MEMBERSHIP
• Renovation Hub allows Homeowners to have access to its Website’s directory which includes a myriad of Renovator listings without any additional charges.
• Homeowners will be able to search the Website to find potential Renovators, and the Website will help identify professionals who may be able to meet Homeowner’s requirements.
• You will be able to find details of the Renovators against their service listing on Website who may be able to fulfil the criteria that you provided. Renovators can contact you directly and you can opt to contact the Renovators yourself via whatsapp or a phone call. Where we cannot identify any Renovators who may be able to fulfil the criteria you submitted, you will be notified that this is the case, and given the opportunity to expand your requirements.
• You will be entitled to review the information you receive from the Renovators, and may or may not decide to engage a Renovator to provide the services you require. We cannot in any way endorse or confirm that the Renovators identified on the Website are able to fulfil your requirements, and it will be your sole responsibility to engage with the Renovator to establish whether they can meet your requirements. If you do engage a Renovator to procure their services, you will become their customer. For the avoidance of doubt, the services are provided to you by the Renovator you have identified, and not by Renovation Hub.
RENOVATOR’S MEMBERSHIP
Renovation Hub allows Renovators to access certain augmented features on the Website by subscribing as a member. Renovators shall be permitted to advertise their services to the Homeowners and also connect with them to understand their requirements. Suppliers may choose to feature their advertisements by paying additional fees. For details reach out to [email protected].
CANCELLING SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIP
You may choose to cancel your membership at any time. You will not be entitled to a refund of the fee or any part of the fee already paid.
We shall have the right, immediately and without notice, to block, restrict, suspend or terminate your membership, if, in our sole opinion, you are in breach of any of the provisions of these terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE
a. You may not access or use the Website for any purpose other than that for which we make the Website and our Services available. The Website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
b. As a User of this Website, you agree not to:
