Looking for an experienced electrician for a 4+1 bedroom unit (Type C, about 1,345 sq ft) at Curvo Residences @ SkyArena, Setapak. We're installing smart switches, so the main job is neutral wiring. We're also converting the yard into an open kitchen. The developer's electrical layout is attached.
MAIN SCOPE
1. Run a dedicated neutral wire to every switch box (about 15 switch points across the unit). No borrowed neutrals.
2. Replace the switch boxes with deeper back boxes to fit smart switch modules.
KITCHEN (yard and kitchen walls being hacked to door height)
3. Move the hob (15A), hood (13A) and oven (15A) points and their 20A DP switches to the new hob run, with cables routed through the remaining downstand.
4. Move the utility socket and kitchen counter socket to the new backsplash.
5. Regroup the yard and utility light switches onto the kitchen switch plate.
6. Add a new 13A socket inside the sink cabinet for a dishwasher.
7. Add a power supply for under-cabinet LED strips.
OTHER
8. Relocate 2-3 bedroom sockets to suit the new furniture layout (bedsides, and a 13A point for a condenser dryer in one bedroom). Exact positions to be confirmed on site.
9. Run a Cat6 cable to a smart-hub location.
10. Optional: one new ceiling downlight point in the living room.
